Low T3 other thyroid tests normal

I’ve had my thyroid tests done and all normal apart from low FT3 . Gp spoke to an endocrinologist who said it’s all fine. Is that right? I have melasma, diffuse hair shedding, lethargy.

Many thanks.

Well, that depends. Is FT4 high and FT3 low? If so that's not normal, that shows poor conversion of T4 to T3.

Can you post the results for your full tests please, including the reference ranges, so that we can give a more detailed answer.

Sorry! Ranges are 0.35-4.50mlIu/L for TSHand (3.9-6.8pm pmol/L) I have t got my T4 result to hand though I was told it was ok. If it’s is ok, then is it nothing to worry about and if it’s low, then what? Many thanks!
