Iron results- any help please!

Thank you for all help to date. Just needed a bit of further help/ advice.

I’ve recently had my bloods repeated and would really appreciate any thoughts on my current iron results. My ferritin seems low but I’m unsure whether I would benefit from supplementing?

My previous bloods suggested not. I posted these and had detailed feedback from knowledgeable members. I have stubborn fatigue and trying to sort through possible causes, alongside thyroid.

My thyroid bloods showing 36% and 37% (T3 and T4) through range so I know it could be this, but wondered if anyone had thoughts on the iron and whether I need to address anything here, and if so, what would be recommended.

I have been on a T3 trial through a private Endo (4 months in). I’m wondering if this can skew iron results.
