Hi! I have been on 150mcg levo for 9 weeks and did labs yesterday. Last levo was taken 24h30min before. I have hashi/ underactive thyroid since 2015.
Tsh 0,03 (0,4- 4,0)
Ft4 13,1 (9- 19)
Ft3 4,53 (2,4- 6,0)
Vitamin D 66,5 nmol/ l (>75)
Ferritin 43,4ug/ l (10.0- 204.0)
I know my vitamin D is a bit low so I up it from 2000IU to 4000IU. Also ferritin looks a bit low.
I thought I should up my levo a bit. Ft4 is only 40% range. My conversation seems to be quite OK so maybe upping levo from 150 to 150/175?
I feel quite ok but seems to loose my energy after 16:00. Especially on training days I feel very tired. I am living very active life, eat healthily and are in good shape.
What are your thoughts?
Thank you!

Yes I think you are right in your thinking but also think you need to be looking at your core strength vitamins and minerals.
No thyroid hormone works well until your ferritin, folate, B12 and vitamin D are up and maintained at optimal levels.
I think your ferritin needs to be at least over 70 :
Through experience I now know I need to maintain my ferritin at around 100 : folate at around 20 : B12 active 75 ++ ( serum 500 ++ ) and vitamin D at around 100 :
Since you have Hashimoto's it's also advised to heal the gut first and check for coeliac, and food intolerances which may possibly be causing inflammation and driving this AI disease.
I read many people referring to the work and research of Dr Izabella Wentz thyroidpharmist.com
