Hi everyone - I have just been re-visiting something I had forgotten and used many years ago when I was under so much stress and not diagnosed with thyroid problems. Vitamin B5 -
this powerful vitamin aids the adrenal glands in producing stress-reducing hormones. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) is critical to the conversion of glucose into energy. It also can prevent upper respiratory infections and insomnia.
Sometimes we suffer when increasing our levels of thyroid hormone because the adrenals need to support that uptake - this might help. I am about to start taking it again to try to reduce my steroid meds. Will let you know how I get on.
