T4 result decreasing

Can’t help wondering why my T4 is going down. Could the most recent result be due to the different range for T4? I haven’t changed dose or medication. I follow the blood test protocols as outlined on here. I have been getting more tired lately and eyes are very dry again overnight. I did have a stressful 5 weeks away in the US (6 hour time difference). My iron is low normal (don’t have the numbers), so I’ve just started supplementing. I take a good B complex already. Any ideas? Thanks

T4 14.4 (7.8-18) = 64.71%

T3 6.35 (3.1-6.8) = 87.84%

T4 17.8 (11-23) = 56.67%

T3 5.91 (3.1-6.8) = 75.95%

T4 21.4 (11-23) = 86.67%

When ranges change, if you work out the percentage through range you can compare the results.

Your FT4 was lower in November than it is with your latest results, so it went down quite a lot with the November test but has come back up but not reached the August level.
