Any link between under active thyroid and Pulmonary Embolism ?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a link between under active thyroid and a Pulmonary Embolism and what that link would be ? I have found some information . If anyone can’t point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Just a wee bit of background I had a bilateral PE in March and now I have more through researching this I have discovered there may be a link between an under active thyroid, levothyroxine .
