I had a blood test booked for this coming Friday in advance of a specialist appt next week but the GP text me on the Friday just gone to cancel due to staff shortages! I just called the surgery saying I needed to get it done in advance of my specialist appt and she said the only time they could fit me in was tomorrow at 10.10. I have already taken my thyroxine this morning at 6.45 am and half of my NDT. If I take my next NDT dose at 10.00 pm tonight instead of noon today and don't take my thyroxine in the morning, will that be ok for my blood test?

Sounds good enough. Last dose of Levo should be 24 hours before, well you can't do anything about that now as you've alread taken it so it will be slightly longer than that but probably not enough to make much difference, it may be very slightly lower than normal. Anyway your FT4 isn't going to be high because you take NDT.
Last dose of NDT should be 8-12 hours before test so taking it between 10pm and whatever time you go to bed is perfect.
