There is no information in your profile. This is a forum for people with a thyroid condition. I assume cll is chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. Nobody here is medically qualified so it's not possible to help with our question.
A search of Health Unlocked communities show that there are some forums which may be more appropriate and may be able to offer support, so do check them out to find which one might be suitable for you:
Basophils are white blood cells. CLL is a disorder of white blood cell creation. Too many cells that aren’t fully developed. They crowd out the functioning cells.
Make sure you have a decent hematologist doing the watching and waiting. Don’t miss appointments. Ask the hematologist when you have a question like this.
Eventually you’ll need a bone marrow biopsy and genetic testing to determine the expected course of your condition. Immunoglobulin therapy is beneficial.
Don’t overthink this. Enjoy life while you’re able.
Best wishes.
