Hi my result for TSH was 1.08 this time but I’m experiencing the original symptoms . What does this mean please

Doesn't mean anything much. Just testing the TSH is a very bad indicator of thyroid status. You could still have low thyroid hormone levels, because TSH isn't a thyroid hormone. It's a pituitary hormone. And doctors should not be dosing by the TSH alone.

For full thyroid testing you need:

TSH

FT4

FT3

TPO antibodies

Tg antibodies

vit D

vit B12

folate

ferritin

If you get all of those tested, you will have a much clearer idea of what is going on.

ALWAYS Test thyroid levels early morning, ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Just testing TSH is completely inadequate

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking

How long on this dose

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

Many people find different brands are not interchangeable

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease?

Diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies
