Welcome to the forum, Lizzy321.
You won't get NHS treatment with TSH 2.5 unless FT4 is below range. Unfortunately, TSH testing will confirm or rule out primary hypothyroidism but completely misses diagnoses of secondary hypothyroidism where TSH is low-normal and FT4 below range. Unless you can persuade your GP to test FT4 in addition to TSH, the only way to find out is to order private thyroid tests from Blue Horizon or Genova via thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...
Hypothyroid symptoms are very general and similar symptoms may be experienced due to low/deficient ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate. Ask your GP whether she will test. If results are within range NHS won't prescribe supplements but you can buy supplements without prescription to optimise your levels. Post the results and ranges (figures in brackets) in a new question and members will advise.

thankyou ive had b12 done thay was 392 and vit d was 45 doc wont do t4 because tsh is ok will have try private when i have the money x
Lizzy, B12 is optimal at 1,000. Supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches and take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vitamins balanced.
VitD 45 is inadequate. Replete is 75-200 and most are comfortable around 100. Supplement 5,000iu D3 for 8 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days. Retest in April.
