Positive pregnancy test - should I increase levo by 25mcg?

Had a positive pregnancy test yesterday. About to speak to the doctor this morning and as of yet haven't taken a 25mcg increase in levothyroxine, which I read I should do. My last blood test results are in the photo attached. These were taken on 8th March a few days before I must have conceived.

If I have a blood draw any time soon I'm worried the results might be skewed as I'm on a pre-natal supplement which contains biotin and don't want to stop taking this for a week as I know these early stages of pregnancy are important for getting all the correct nutrients. I had stopped the supplement for the week before this most recent blood draw. I know I'm low in iron so am supplementing that too.

Any advice welcome. About to speak to GP who I referred to the BTF who suggest women on levo should increase their dose by 25 immediately on getting a positive pregnancy test result.

Forgot to say, I'm on 150mcg at present

The increase in dose is to keep TSH below 2.5. You are well below this so there shouldn't be any need. I would get another blood test in a month or so and see where your TSH is.
