You can, unless you have had thyroid cancer in which case Saxenda is contra-indicated. But `ordinary` hypothyroidism is not a problem.Saxenda helps with leptin resistance. Most doctors do not know the role leptin plays in metabolism and weight loss, so they do not ask for leptin to be measured. Leptin can be an obstacle to weight loss and often accompanies insulin resistance. I will send you some links.
