Any tips on managing Autoimmune and Long Covid

I have 4 autoimmune diseases, Hashimotos, hyper parathyroid, coeliac disease and pernicious anaemia and now Long Covid which appears to have put all the rest into over drive. I desperately want to be seen not by the usual suspects of specialists endocrinologists, cardiologist, neurologist, opthamologist, gastroenterologist, audiologist, orthos, but by a real autoimmune specialist who can explain why long Covid is doing this to my body. All that has happened with the rest is the have upped my meds so that I am now on a cocktail of 16 tabs a day, B12 injections every 3 months, eye drops, gtn spray and 2 inhalers. The exhaustion and brain fog and osteoporosis just gets worse but given that all my auto immunes cause this and so does long Covid which are they actually treating.
