Used them numerous times and not had any problems, tests are quick and easy.
I've found them really helpful in terms of reporting on results and I can now see trends in my hashimotos over 3 years. All information my GP is unable to collect.
I opted to go for venous blood draw at local Superdrug for an additional £30. All results back quickly - my GP is now waiting on those results for T4/T3 as NHS only checks TSH. All good from my perspective with all relevant vitamins checked too if you go for advanced thyroid function. Pick up discounts from Thyroid UK.
Always found them quick when you don't have doctor's comments (don't bother with them, you'll get a better interpretation of your results on the forum).
I can manage to do fingerprick tests so I have no problem with them.
For basic thyroid test (TSH, FT4 and FT3) I now use MonitorMyHealth which is cheaper. As it's an NHS lab the results from there are more likely to be accepted by a GP than the other private labs.
Read the Ts and Cs on their website about how long you have to use your test and what happens if any of the tests fail.
