I have just been prescribed Liothyronine (T3) from my private endocrinologist, would anyone recommend the best place to buy it from overseas?

If you have a UK prescription you need to get it dispensed here. We used to be able to send it to Germany to get Thybon Henning T3 at a better price than any UK brand dispensed here, but since Brexit this is not possible. I don't know of any other country that would dispense a UK prescription.
You can get Thybon Henning Liothyronine (I think it may need to be stipulated on the prescription, you may want to check that) from a few pharmacies for the equivalent of 50p per tablet which is cheaper than any other brand:
Roseway Labs
Chemist4U
Smartway Pharma

Your GP can prescribe it if you go to a NHS consultant, but not if you go to a private consultant. However, if you have been told by a private consultant that you have a requirement then you can request an NHS consultation. If the NHS consultant thinks you need it they will give you a prescription - and arrange GP provision for you. After that it's just a matter of being referred to a consultant who actually knows wtf they're doing, good luck with that.
I’ve used Chemist4U a few days ago and they were very good. The cheapest quote and the process the day they receive the prescription (you have to post it to them) and they send it out next day delivery for no extra cost.
I had 6 weeks worth (Thybon Henning 20mcg) for £15 - posted them the script Thursday last post, it arrived Saturday!
Previously I used Roseway. Whose normal turnaround time is 2-3 days to despatch and I had to pay extra for a next day delivery. They were lovely to deal with though.
Obviously do check the cost before sending your script as the prices may fluctuate.
