Hi all
On my previous post I was overmedicated, endo adviced to reduced to 100 mcg
But feeling undermedicated for a while need to raise doses asap
FT4: 25.54 (12 - 22 )
TSH: 0.756 ( 0.27 - 4.2 )
Should I take
125 mcg 5 days + 100 mcg 2 days ?
Please advices
Many Thanks!

How do you feel? Did you manage an early morning fasting blood test and 24 hour gap from your last levo this time? [last test seems to have been a bit of a rush, only a few hours after taking levo]
Your free T4 has come down a bit since your last test (but that showed a "false high" because there was only a few hour gap from your last meds) - but is still over-range.
I'd say you need your endo to do FULL testing before you change anything: see where key nutrients are - ferritin, folate, vit D and B12 - and test free T3, as this could well be the key to understanding your thyroid. Or can you do tests privately yourself? TSH + free T4 + free T3 isn't too expensive ... x

Looking at previous posts can’t see any recent vitamin D result
When was vitamin D last tested
Are you taking any vitamin D supplements?
As you have Hashimoto’s are you on strictly gluten free diet
If not, request coeliac blood test BEFORE considering trial on strictly gluten free 3-6 months

You need to test vitamin D twice year when supplementing, especially while you work out what dose you personally need
Easy postal kit £29
vitamindtest.org.uk
Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is very effective as it avoids poor gut function.
There’s a version made that also contains vitamin K2 Mk7. One spray = 1000iu
amazon.co.uk/BetterYou-Dlux...
It’s trial and error what dose we need, with hashimoto’s we frequently need higher dose than average
Vitamin D and thyroid disease

Personally with Ft4 already over range I wouldn’t increase dose levothyroxine.
You need to know what your ft3 is
cheapest option for just TSH, FT4 and FT3
£29 (via NHS private service ) and 10% off down to £26.10 if go on thyroid uk for code
