Just to add, ft3 not tested again, so they cannot get a true picture of what's happening without it.

NHS lab is unlikely to do FT3 test, even when requested by GP, if other tests are within range. They only tend to do them if TSH is below range. If you want FT3 tested you are very likely going to have to do a private thyroid panel, MonitorMyHealth is the cheapest for the basic fingerprick thyroid panel - TSH, FT4, FT3.

Exactly, my TSH is way below range and that's the first question I'm going to ask the doctor when I speak to him on Friday , see what his answer is, I bet you, he has no idea why NHS refuse to test ft3 or he'll just make it up as he goes along, either way levo decrease is inevitable despite my T4 being in range 19.4(10.0-20.0), as they're so TSH obsessed. Absolutely dreading it.
