Red Mark between eyes with malaise

Does any one Wake up with a red mark between their eyes after having felt ill or having a headache ? My doctors have never seen it before and it happens with regularity and makes me feel weak. I have been checked with every médical test to be safe including MRI, MRA. And nothing. Seems to be associated with exhaustion and stress and a complexion that turns white as a sheet or grayish but liver panels and all else are perfect. Sooooo FRUSTRATING. Thank you for any one who has experienced this or heard of it
