Converting ERFA NDT from mg to grains - help please

My specialist has prescribed 1/2 grain twice daily of ERFA NDT but the prescription has arrived in 30mg tablets. I called the pharmacy and he told me that 60mg is equivalent to 1/2 grain but the info online says 30mg is 1/2 a grain. I do know it can be dodgy to take too much to begin with so can someone advise me of the correct conversion please.

30 mg is half a grain. 60 mg is 1 grain. :)

Expect you know that I grain NDT contains 38mcg T4 and 9mcg T3

Yes I did but thank you - I would prefer to know something twice than not at all. I think the T3 is slightly less than that in Canadian ERFA which mine is - 8mcg for 60mg tablet.
