My specialist has prescribed 1/2 grain twice daily of ERFA NDT but the prescription has arrived in 30mg tablets. I called the pharmacy and he told me that 60mg is equivalent to 1/2 grain but the info online says 30mg is 1/2 a grain. I do know it can be dodgy to take too much to begin with so can someone advise me of the correct conversion please.
