Please could you add the lab ranges. Ranges vary so without the results can’t be interpreted accurately without.
Your previous post said you had hyperthyroid levels treated with carbimazole.
Do you still take carbimazole? What dose please? Was the cause of your hyper determined?

Looking at previous post
You had very high TPO antibodies - most likely Hashimoto’s (autoimmune HYPOTHYROID) which frequently starts with transient hyperthyroid results and symptoms
You were advised to get tested for Graves’ disease (autoimmune HYPERTHYROID) - That’s TSI or Trab antibodies.
Have you had Graves’ disease confirmed by testing TSI or Trab antibodies?
It’s possible to have both Hashimoto’s and Graves’ disease together.
Vitamin D, presumably is measured in nmol
Vitamin D below 75nmol is inadequate
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Low vitamin D is extremely common with both Hashimoto’s and Graves’ disease
What’s the range on Ft4, Ft3 and folate results
Also need Ferritin tested
