Soy lecithin

Topaz1 asked the question about soy. Thanks to the admins for the answers. Luckily a friend warned me about soy when I was first diagnosed but after checking some foods I eat every day I discover they use soy lecithin. Is this as bad as soy itself? I’m not scientifically minded so I don’t have a clue and I would appreciate any/all help.

Personally, yes I noticed a difference when cut out soy lecithin

You can find chocolate without soy lecithin.

Soy lecithin seems to be a very personal thing. Myself, I don't feel any effect when I consume it - although I rarely do so - and yet, even a drip of soy sauce has me taking to my bed! So, it's something you'll have to find out for yourself. :)
