Hi I keep seeing that unfermented soy isn't recommend for us hypos so fermented soy is ok? I've soy yoghurt??

Yes, fermented soy is fine. You should check whether the soy in your yoghurt is fermented.

That's where I'm getting confused Clutter I don't know what fermented soy is as opposed to Soy??

Fermented products: miso, soy sauce, tempeh, and natto

Non-fermented products: tofu and soy milk

Soy yogurt isn't fermented. It's made with soy milk. Yes, avoid it. Traditional soy products are fermented--miso, tamari, tempeh, etc.
