If I take T3 and T4 at 4.30am. Ish .
then fit in a T3 allowing 12 hours for a 8.45am the following day?
blood test , would that not cause the ft3 to show higher than usually in my blood ?
Thanks for thoughts

I've taken T3 once daily when I awake with one full glass of water and wait an hour before I eat. I don't need anything other than one daily dose. One daily dose can last between one to three days.
I follow the recommendation of a Researcher/doctor/expert in the use of T3 and he took his idaily dose n the middle of the night when he went to the toilet. He stated that T3 saturates all of the T3 receptor cells and they then send out 'waves' throughout the day. He also stated that one daily dose can last for between one to three days. I've trialled this and one dose did last for three days (I only tried this once and take one daily dose).
I think the main aim is how we (the patient) feels on our dose. If symptom-free that's the optima; dose.

When I have a blood test, I miss a.m. dose and take after blood draw.

T3 peaks in the blood 2-4 hours after ingestion. When testing FT3 we want to measure as close to the normal circulating amount as we can, obviously we don't want to test too close to ingestion as that would give a false high, and taking T3 too far away from test would give a false low.
If you normally take your T3 in one dose it suggested to split it for just the one day before the test, taking it in 2 (or 3) doses with about 12 (or 8) hours between and the last dose should be 8-12 hours before the test. You only take your normal daily dose, no more, no less.
