Transfer factor supplements?

Has anyone had experience with transfer factor supplements? Someone on my facebook support group swears by them. They sound amazing if true but i dont want to be taken advantage of because im desperate. Thanks

The ingredients vary as to the manufacturer. Some include soy in the ingredients which is best avoided.

Maybe a bit like an adaptogen, if you can find the one that suits the benefits gained can be huge.

I haven't tried any but from what I read they are commonly bovine colostrum based with some brands adding zinc, bee venom, astragalus, other immune boosters, etc.

I think they have become more popular since COVID, especially with ME patients but be careful because I read of big herx reactions.

I tried them a few years ago when I was trying to get well from Lyme disease and chronic fatigue. They were very expensive but I was desperate so I tried them and I think they did help but it is hard to know for sure as I was taking a lot of stuff.
