my dose was 1,5 grain ndt+35levo in the morning and 1 grain ndt at 2 pm.
yesterday I changed the dose ratio but kept the same dose / day.
So I took 2grain+35levo in the morning and 0,5grain at 2 pm.
After that, today I feel much more energetic and well but the problem is that my pulse jumped to 115. I don't know what to do, keep the ratio but cut the dose of levo(to 25mcg) or go back to the old ratio.

I’m sorry but I can’t see the ratios you refer to.
In my opinion, energy accompanied by a pulse as high as that is not good. It can be dangerous. You should also consider that a change of dose can have no effect in such a short time. Go back to your usual dose and titrate carefully.
Aah. Pulse (Heart rate) with no energy. I have a feeling that someone with a brain greater than mine will tell you that this can either be indicative of under or over medication medication. 🧐
