Heart rate increased

my dose was 1,5 grain ndt+35levo in the morning and 1 grain ndt at 2 pm.

yesterday I changed the dose ratio but kept the same dose / day.

So I took 2grain+35levo in the morning and 0,5grain at 2 pm.

After that, today I feel much more energetic and well but the problem is that my pulse jumped to 115. I don't know what to do, keep the ratio but cut the dose of levo(to 25mcg) or go back to the old ratio.

I’m sorry but I can’t see the ratios you refer to.

In my opinion, energy accompanied by a pulse as high as that is not good. It can be dangerous. You should also consider that a change of dose can have no effect in such a short time. Go back to your usual dose and titrate carefully.

Understand that but, my pulse is about 80 only if I take one grain in the morning +1 grain at 2 pm and 0,5 at 6pm but I have no energy.

Aah. Pulse (Heart rate) with no energy. I have a feeling that someone with a brain greater than mine will tell you that this can either be indicative of under or over medication medication. 🧐

I'd be inclined to loose the T4 and concentrate on balanced NDT doses twice a day.

If I loose the T4 I feel poor somehow.

NDT takes a while to" bed in " and you need to give it a couple of months on a constant dose so feel it slowly improving you symptoms.

The most important of all the blood test results is the T3 and this should be higher when compared to where it was on T4 monotherapy.
