Still don't know if I need a change?

I recently wrote on here about how I seem to be over medicated since starting with LDN - hot flushes, inability to sit still for too long etc. In the end, I decided to cut my dose from my usual 75 mcg (which I have been on for several years) to 50mcg / 25 mcg alternate nights. The flushes stopped and I feel much more 'peaceful' since cutting back but just to be sure I had a blood test (I remembered not to take levo the night prior to the test). This is the only result I got so not too sure it tells me much but I feel so much better having cut down that, unless anyone says the result is dangerously low, I will stick to the new dosage.

Plasma TSH level 1.08 mu/L [0.3 - 5.6]

TSH is done as the first line test and FT4 is

reflexed if TSH is <0.5 or >5.0 mu/L.
