greygoose, I so wish I agreed. Sadly, there are no end of products on Amazon which are not as they might appear.

Many of us have been fine, but I am quite sure that care has been a significant factor in my avoiding issues.

I'd also point out that a huge number of products in the supplements, food and associated areas are listed without even the legally required information. Like all standard allergens identified in bold or whatever.

Further, a photo of a label is absolutely NOT acceptable. All information should be in text form for reasons of accessibility - screen readers can't cope with text in images.

Thee are many brands of B Complex which contain methylfolate. I usually get my Thorne Basic B from Amazon if the price is right. Last time iherb was cheaper. I wouldn't normally use them but they had a free shipping offer on so it worked out a better deal.

They still have free shipping to the UK if you spend over £29.79:

When I used selenium I used Cytoplan as it's a very small tablet with odour (some selenium supplements have an unpleasant odour):

The natural dispensary are great but I believe you need a practitioner to refer you in to be able to use it but once you have an account, you can use it from then on.
