No B12 result - when low in range symptoms can of ten be similar to low thyroid.

A normal healthy person would have a TSH of no more than 2, often nearer 1, with FT4 around mid-range-ish. Your friend's TSH appears to be perfect, FT4 is 44% through it's range and FT3 shows pretty good conversion at 32.43% through range.
Can you post any other results that came with this test, can see there is something about folate so I imagine folate, B12 and ferritin may have been done? If so please post the results and ranges for this, including unit of measurement for B12.
Thank you. Much appreciated.
Low nutrient levels can have similar symptoms to low thyroid, particularly low iron so please post the other results if your friend wants any help.
Thank you. I am trying to upload rest of results, but somewhat struggling . how can I edit my post and add documents? I tried to directly reply to your comment and managed to add photos, but I cannot see them anymore.
Sorry to bother you, much appreciated your help.

Taking the full iron panel
Ferritin 31 (13-150)
Iron 21.1 (6.6-26.0)
TIBC 61 (41-77)
Saturation 33%
Optimal iron panel levels according to rt3-adrenals.org/Iron_test_... are:
Serum iron: 55 to 70% of the range, higher end for men - result is 74.74% through range
Saturation: optimal is 35 to 45%, higher end for men - result is 33%
Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC): Low in range indicates lack of capacity for additional iron, High in range indicates body's need for supplemental iron - result is 55.56% through range
Does your friend supplement iron?
Ferritin is a problem and should be discussed with GP.
From: cks.nice.org.uk/topics/anae...
In all people, a serum ferritin level of less than 30 micrograms/L confirms the diagnosis of iron deficiency.
The result is just one point above that level but her serum iron doesn't show iron deficiency.
Symptoms of low ferritin include:
◾Weakness
◾Fatigue
◾Difficulty concentrating
◾Poor work productivity
◾Cold hands and feet
◾Poor short-term memory
◾Difficulty remembering names
◾Dizziness
◾Pounding in the ears
◾Shortness of breath
◾Brittle nails
◾Headaches
◾Restless legs
All other tests in first two images are within range and don't show any problems.

Active B12 is just over range. Does your friend supplement at all?
‘yes I do supplement reserve some mixes that include b vitamins. As a result of the tests my doctor recommended iron supplementation. Solgar gentle iron plus ester c supplement at the same time’ - her answer
Solgar Gentle Iron doesn't contain much elemental iron, about 20 or 25mg per tablet or capsule and yes, you do have to take Vit C with iron tablets as this helps absorption. This is very low amount but she doesn't need to improve her serum iron level anyway, only her ferritin and I don't know if this is the right thing to do. If her serum iron increases due to taking the supplement then it may very well take it over range and too much iron is toxic and as bad as too little.
Trying to raise just ferritin isn't easy, I know because I've been trying to do that for a couple of years, and my level was not as low as that. The way I have increased my ferritin is to include iron rich foods in my diet, particularly liver which is probably the richest food source of iron. We can eat up to 200g liver per week, no more due to it's high Vit A content. Liver pate and black pudding are other good sources. List of iron rich foods:

If she does supplement with iron tablets then her GP should monitor her levels every couple of months with a full iron panel. Personally, if that was my serum iron level I'd be having a frank discussion with my GP about why he's recommending iron tablets due to the fact that they will very likely take the serum iron level too high.
I do not understand the test she's had done for B vitamins, I've only ever had and seen blood tests and that image shows a urine test for B Complex markers and the two results are marked as high and borderline high. That suggests to me that she doesn't currently need to supplement, but I really don't know, I would rather see a blood test result as this test is not one we've seen on the forum before.
Does she see a practioner who has recommended this test? I'm wondering why this particular test.
