You can add one phone in a reply by using the last icon in the row below the message box, the rectangle with the mountains and sun. So all images can go in the same thread by using "Reply" for each image.

You might want to ask your GP about your Total Protein and Albumin results as they are below range and bottom of range respectively. All others are within range.
