Someone in a b12 group suggested I join here as my thyroid results were abnormal. GP has always told me that there is no problem with my thyroid. Mother and grandmother both take thyroid medication. Not sure of their diagnosis. Thanks.

Your thyroid results fall within their ranges and are considered normal.
A normal healthy person would usually have TSH no more than 2, often nearer 1, with FT4 around mid-range-ish which is 17 with that range. Your TSH is a little higher than that and your FT4 lower but as far as a GP is concerned they are classed as normal.
They aren't marked abnormal so what is it the person in the B12 group considers abnormal?
Did you have thyroid antibodies tested as well? If so what were those results?
Vit D would be better higher, the Vit D Society and Grassroots Health both recommend a level of 100-150nmol, with a recent blog post on Grassroots Health recommending at least 125nmol.
Folate is also a bit low, we tend to suggest double figures when there is no proper range with an upper and lower limit.
As you belong to a B12 group, are you on injections?
Thanks seaside Susi. I'm not on injections just trying to understand my weird collection of symptoms and my dad who's a doctor suggested b12 deficiency so ended up there.
I did have antibodies checked a while ago and they were negative I think, I'd actually forgotten all about it.
Good to know about the vit d and folate too, thanks.
So you'd suggest nothing to worry about thyroid wise for now?

If your dad suggested B12 deficiency then have you had tests for that? Viapath at St Thomas' Hospital suggests that an Active B12 level below 70 suggests testing for B12 deficiency.
What has your dad said about your thyroid results?
A doctor will say there is nothing to worry about with your thyroid results but I would keep an eye on them, check to see if your TSH rises and if your FT4 reduces. With family history of thyroid problems you can't rule it out.
That looks like a Medichecks Advanced Thyroid Function test and antibodies are included in that test.
Active B12 below 70 needs investigation

As SeasideSusie says, vitamin D and folate are low
Don’t start any folate or vitamin B complex until had further testing for B12 deficiency. Folate supplements can mask B12 deficiency
You could start a vitamin D supplement now
Aiming to improve to at least around 80nmol
How old are you approx
What’s your diet like.
Are you vegetarian or vegan
What are your main symptoms
Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water
Good morning MargeandMaggie, welcome to the forum 🤗
Can you give us more info on your background, history of symptoms ect?
For me personally, looking at your results, they’re low. As others have said they’re still in range and so a GP will very likely dismiss them but if you have symptoms then you need to address them.
As far as TSH goes, they want it to be at least 10 in order to investigate further. But many of us know that that’s a falsehood. It’s part of the feedback loop, your endocrine system detects how much thyroxine is out there and the the pituitary sends out ‘Thyroid Stimulating Hormone’ to the thyroid to make more Thyroxine. So I would be wondering why it’s not sending out more TSH when you’re FT4/3 are so low?
Many of us use this calculator to help us figure out how to analyse our blood tests.
So you’ve got an FT4 through range of 24% and an FT3 of35% through range. That’s much too low
You have family history of thyroid disease, so I’d look to build up a history of results. Could be B12, could be thyroid, could be both. They all work together or pull each other down.
