COQ10

I started taking COQ10 and came out in blotches . Anyone had this . I took 300 mg

Skin rashes and itching is listed as one of the side effects.

I noticed that but its more like huge blotches after just taking it for two days , However my reaction doesn't surprise me , I once took herbs for stress and my heart rate sped up and I felt more stressed

Sounds like it might be urticaria/ hives. My son used to get that when he was little and had hay fever and that was big blotches. He took antihistamines which stopped it but we knew the cause which you don’t. Try stopping the CoQ10 and see if the blotches go and stay away.

Hi Thanks I have stopped the coq10 and hopefully they will go away
