Not a clinical study, just something I have noticed...
I started taking 100mg on Saturday and since Monday my very reliable RHR of 68bpm has moved up to 70bpm
Not a bad thing, just wondered if this has played out with anyone else?

COQ10 is good for many people especially with fatigue issues. My autonomic doc recommends high doses which can get very expensive! Not particularly noticed change in heart rate when I've done that. It can help a certain group of people a lot.
Interesting! what do they consider high doses? It's fatigue and heart health I was trialling it for... of course I ordered it 3 weeks ago and have forgotten what I'd read about it 🙄
200mg was the starting dose but up to 800-1000. Seeing as its as expensive as it is high doses aren't really practical long term. I tried up to 600mg and it made no difference to how I felt. Its good for heart health.
Last couple of days my systolic has been 10 higher and an improvement of 15 when standing, I usually bumble along at 101/70 so a bit lower than I'd like with only minimal rise when standing with pulse increasing by 10
