The more members TUK have, the stronger the voice. Lyn Mynott has met with many who we are hopeful might be able to change attitudes.

I would endorse this. Not only does it strenghten our cause but you get a helpful newsletter and the chance to go to occasional conferences. Membership is comparatively cheap.

Considering the first 'office' was in her garden shed I believe it has now progressed to a bigger office in her garden as .she now has some additional assistance:

I can only add my voice in support of this. After discovering ThyroidUK after my diagnosis and becoming a regular visitor to HealthUnlocked in 2004 I’m sorry to say I’ve only just become an actual member! But I’m here to stay now! 😄
