Hi I have just taken a Vitamin D blood test and it shows I am doing OK as I am just over 100nmol.

however having Hashimotos I wondered if I should be higher and take a stronger daily dose? Thoughts welcome.

The Vit D Society and Grassroots Health recommend a level of 100-150nmol/L, with a recent blog post on Grassroots Health mentioning a study which recommends over 125nmol/L.

You are now within their recommended range, it's up to you whether you want to improve it further. I don't have Hashi's but because I had severe Vit D deficiency of 15nmol/L I keep mine as close to 150nmol/L as possible.
