Help please

Hi read a couple of posts to do with thyroid and lithium. Spoke to my doctor never heard of it. I have thyroid problems due to radioactive iodine treatment 5 years ago. I also have terminal cancer not sure what makes me I'll. I am suffering with chronic fatigue severe depression which I have tried anti depressants but they'll make me ill. Someone posted Lithiam so I approached my metal health team explained I was getting worse and having suisidal thought's no one has an answer I've had it for 10 years it's nets cancer so hormonal cancer affects ever hormone especially my mental health although I still believe my thyroid thyroxin had alot to do with it just doesn't suit me, I've tried T3 and other treatments, seen several endercrine consultants nothing has worked. Spoke to my cancer doctors said ok to use it but would no prescribe it, spoke eith metal health doctors spent so much money on private care no answers over ,8 years.Could anyone who has tried lithium message me with how they got on with it mental health say so many side effects I just need to no.
