Can anyone recommend where I can order a home vitamin blood test from?

Ensure that you are well-hydrated and arms warm when you are having your blood drawn, always do it early a.m. and it should be a fasting test. Also do not take thyroid hormones until after the blood is drawn.

If you just want Vit D then there's an NHS lab which does a blood spot fingerprick test for the general public:

vitamindtest.org.uk/

If you want all the key vitamins - Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin then both Medichecks and Blue Horizon do test bundles which include thyroid and vitamins and this may be the cheapest way. Check both out using the link Shaws has mentioned.
