B vitamins and their need for optimal thyroid and brain function

Very in depth and easy to understand article about the roles B vitamins play in function of brain,thyroid and overall health. I wasn’t aware that riboflavin absolutely necessary for thyroid function! It goes into why you need each B vitamin, very informative if you are pursuing your best health.
