Advice please.

I usually take my levothroxine dose at midday. I have a blood test on Tuesday morning to get my TSH levels checked. Should I take my dose of levothroxine at midday on Monday and then again at midday on Tuesday after the blood test in the morning. So I'm not changing anything. Only thing ive stopped is vitamin b and biotin 7 days before blood test. Can someone advise please. TIA.

Just bring your Monday dose forward so there is 24 hours between the dose and Tuesdays blood test. So if blood test is 9am then take your Levo at 9am on Monday.

You can then take your Tuesday dose at midday as normal.

Timing of dose of Levo doesn't actually affect your TSH, it affects FT4, but just in case they slip that test in it's best to leave the normal 24 hours. What does affect TSH is time of day of test (early morning, no later than 9am, is best) and having nothing to eat or drink except water before the test as some foods and caffeine affect TSH.
