Ok levels?

I'm suffering from postcovid so it's really hard to say what's covid and what's hypo. What do you say about these levels? Am currently taking 75t4 10t3 after Dr decreased my meds.

TSH 0.03

Ft3 4.2(3.6-6.3)

Ft4 14(12-22)

That’s the same way I do my nhs bloods. For me, and I’m feeling well, my ft4 was 19 (upper 22) and ft3 4.6 (upper 6.8)the last time I tested. Your ft4 level would be too low for me to feel good as I have always felt better when my ft4 is very high in the range. I’d think your Ft3 level is ‘not bad’ given it is 24h after the dose. Do you know if you may have preference for higher ft4, like me maybe?
