Hi can I have some help with my wife’s blood test

I’ve had my wife’s blood test results back today.

It was done at 9.30am

No levothyroxine for 24 hrs before

Stopped b-complex one week before

She’s had a dose increase 6weeks ago

From 25mcg to 50mcg.

Looks to me she needs to go up some more?.

And help with the rest if you can please.

Absolutely definitely needs next 25mcg dose increase in levothyroxine up to 75mcg

Aiming for Ft4 at least over 18 (60% through range)

Retest 6-8 weeks later

Vitamin D is now good.

How much is she taking. Could reduce to maintenance dose

Ferritin is good too

B12 and folate likely better than this as they will have dropped during the week of no B complex

Trial and error what maintenance dose....perhaps try 2000iu or 3000iu

Might need more in winter....less in summer (if the sun ever actually starts to shine! )
