If you Google "B Complex no additives" you should get some suggestions.
Some that I know of, but I am not recommending them as I haven't used them:
Healthleads - and I wouldn't take their B Complex as it contains 40mg B6 per capsule and the recommended dose for regular use is 10mg.
Vegavero - but only 10mcg B12
There are wholefood based B Complex such as
Terranova
Together Health - again very low amount of B12
Naturelo - low amount of B12
Garden of Life Vitamin Code
Time Health - very low amount of B12
Thank you.Is it better to take a b12 on it’s own?

That depends on whether you have low B12 or a good level. Our B12 store is good for about 4 years so if you have a good level already you don't need to take a separate B12 supplement.
So basically, what are your B12 and folate levels?
B6 is 20...too high then?
The recommended dose for long term use is 10mcg.
I used to take Thorne Basic B as my B Complex and it became very expensive when I needed to restock so I bought some Igennus Super B. I only take 1 tablet and because I need more than the 200mcg methylfolate just 1 tablet gives then I take a separate methylfolate tablet a few times a week. As soon as I can find Thorne Basic B at the right price I will be going back to that as it gives 400mcg methylfolate, 400mcg B12 and 10mcg B6 per capsule and those are the amounts I prefer.
March 2021143.000 pmol/L. Range >37.5
Folate 7.66 ug/L. Range>3.89

Without any spacing that's a jumble of numbers. Is your level 143? If so there is no need to take a separate B12, that is a very good level.
Folate 7.66 ug/L. Range>3.89
Is this a Medichecks test? If so the top of the range is 19.45 and folate is recommended to be at least half way through range so that would be 12+
Even if it's not a Medichecks test, when the range is displayed like that we tend to suggest aiming for a level in double figures. So you need a B Complex to help raise your Folate level but you don't need a particularly high amount of B12 in it.
Apologies for jumble of numbers. Shouldn’t have sent like that.Do you have any advice re probiotics?
Again coming to the end of mine.
I don't take probiotics so can't unfortunately help there. There are many different strains so it might be best to do some research into the health benefits of the different strains and choose based on that, they tend often come in a combination of strains.
Many thanks for your help today. 🤗
The b complex I’m coming to the end of has 900ug which I think is the same as 900mcg. B6 is 20...too high then?
