I am looking for feedback from those with Hashi's that have had or not had the vaccine. I am so up in the air about it; I don't want it but the pressure by the Government, media and Doctors is there to have it. I am petrified it will worsen my Hashi's or compromise my system even more.
Feedback on pro's and cons please

I’ve had my first (AZ) -few chills about 4 hours later. Headache for a day or so, then fine. I went to bed early with some paracetamol.
I have my second next week. Personally I had no hesitation and would happily go through those short lasting side effects again. The alternative could well be death as I see it, or long term Covid effects.
I have Hashi’s and take 100micrograms of Levothyroxine.
It is a personal decision though and only you can decide.
Had both my vaccinations -Pfizer. Barely any side effects. Felt tired, arm bit sore, second vac gave mild headache & fatigue for one day. Personaly the side effects are nothing especially when you consider the risks of covid19. If your GP has no worries for you then clearly the risk is minmal. Everything has its risks- down to getting up in the morning, making a drink or even breathing. Nothing is risk free.
I had my first AZ in Feb. Vomiting diarrhoea and tachycardia. My heart rate still not come down and I’ve had an ECG and further tests due. Not having the second one.
This is my concern too. I am having all sorts of problems at the moment with vertigo, tinnitus, tachycardia, and keep being dismissed by the doctors as it being down to anxiety. Am doing more private blood tests to see if anything is obvious and will go from there. Think I had covid and this is possibly the lasting impact from it, but can't be sure as wasn't able to get tested.
Jefner,We have had two vaccine polls running for quite a long time now. You can look at the figures and read all the comments that have been addd over the last few months.
This post is now closed to further comments. Please everyone, add your expereince to the vaccine polls. It isn't helpful to anyone for there to be umpteen posts scattered across this busy forum. healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
