Were you taking any thyroid meds when you did the March test?
It seems that the Metavive has reduced your TSH considerably, FT3 improved a bit and FT4 reduced. It's a bit early to test at 5 weeks, you might find that at 8 weeks there may be a difference.
Did you take your last dose of Metavive 8-12 hours before the test (splitting dose and adjusting times the day before if necessary)?
Were your March tests done under the exact same conditions as your new test?
Your ferritin is on the low side, it's recommended to be half way through range. Not sure if you're male or female but I've seen it said that 150 is a good level for males and 100-130 a good level for females, and some experts say 90-110 is best for thyroid function.
It would be a good idea to test Vit D, B12 and Folate. All nutrient levels are better being optimal for any thyroid meds to work well.
No, I wasn't taking any thyroid meds in March - I hadn't taken any for about 8 weeks. The NHS one was done at this time because I had high HbA1c in December when I told them i had breathlessness, and I asked them to do thyroid ones at the same time - strangely they agreed. I took the last Metavive 8-12 hours before the test.
