Does anyone get an a he in the middle of their tummy the morning after eating meat the night before ?

Perhaps you have insufficient stomach acid and pepsin? You need both to digest protein.

I have Hashi's and PA/B12def. with problems digesting food and find adding fermented foods, kefir, sauerkraut, etc. and avoiding gluten, have made a huge difference to long standing stomach issues.
