My mistaken belief that my RAI therapy was addressing the cause of my hyperthyroidism rather than just the symptom was not discouraged prior to treatment. So the trend of falling Thyroglobulin Antibodies and Thyroid Peroxide Antibodies since my first private blood test in March 2020 (from 140 kIU/L and 157 kIU/L to 79.4 and 85.5kIU/l respectively) leads me to hope that my thyroid may, at least partially, be recovering from the treatment.
Am I justified in that hope?
Also, I am reading a lot about the potential benefit of T-Convert in promoting the conversion of T4 to T3. Does anyone have any views, experience knowledge of this please?

Well these antibodies you are detailing are generally associated with Hashimoto's and since you had RAI treatment for Graves, I'm confused.
As to the T Convert - if this is a branded product i did try this but wasn't aware of any improvements :
Since I too have had RAI thyroid ablation for Graves things only turned themselves around for me when I added some T3 - Liothyronine to my T4 medication.
That " light bulb " we read about happened to me and I knew I was on the right path back to feeling better.
Since we have " lost " our own T3 thyroid hormone production I think it only sensible to replace like with like.
I was refused anything other than T4 through te NHS so now I buy my own full spectrum thyroid hormone replacement which I find suits me even better.
Have you asked for a referral to endocrinology - from memory your conversion ratio was way out at around 6 a year or so ago, and then came in a bit to 5 something - and you maybe lucky and find an endocrinologist who is understanding of life after RAI thyroid ablation ?
I tried the NHS for both T3 and NDT and was refused - so I purchased both for myself :
Both worked and have settled on Natural Desiccated Thyroid as it is the most complete thyroid hormone replacement and am replacing like for like as best as I can.
I think I said as much a year ago to you -and yes, the brain fog still says " hello " so maybe I didn't, as now I can't remember :
