I hope evryone is healthy and ok

Please I would like to have your opinion :I ame 68 years old female and been diagnosted with thyroid nodules (7) from 2018 some are classified 3a one is 4a he mesure 2 cm after cytoponction the résulte is Lymphoadenitis I saw many ENT doctors only one told to have Thyroidectomy I start to have horse voice and I have arythmie ime on betablokers and anticoagulant

They want you to have a thyroidectomy for infection in your lymphnodes they need to treat and find the infection. I would get a second opinion.
