Hi,Yes, I get this but I have deviated sinuses so germs get stuck and cause infection and sinus pressure too. It’s horrid. You may be best to see an ENT dr if ongoing.

Crazy eh! It’s sooooo annoying though when gp’s virtually role their eyes or have less knowledge on something than the patient (because the patient had to go and do their own homework). Hope things improve for you.

Have suffered badly... (years, on and off antibiotics, anti-immflamatories, sprays, persistent cough, post-nasal drip). I put it down to being under medicated + not getting along with gluten. Cleared up with good level of medication and going GF.

Nick Ortner has a great Tapping Meditation App for various conditions. Yesterday it was sinusitis ! Only 9 minutes long and this morning I am clear as I type.

I have suffered with frequent sinusitis for years - which until recently I thought were head colds !!

Green mucus can indicate infection. How are your VitD levels ?

Vitamin d level was really low dr put me on 5000 ml of d3 neck pain has subsided a bit bit the sinuses are never ending like literally everyday for a month now ended up in the Er was hurting when I breathe they ruled out anything in my lungs and no pulmonary issue it is driving me mad

Did you try the Tapping Exercise that helped me ?

VitD is fat soluble - so best taken with a meal containing a good fat. Also magnesium and VitK2-MK7 are important co-factors ....

Green mucus can indicate a viral infection. I think it is very common at the moment, as it's quite cold again and with all this shielding, people are not coming in contact with any bugs, so if you pick something up, it does hit you quite badly as your immune system is not primed as usually. I'd try to top up on zinc, vitamin C and Vitamin D and try to drink plenty of fluids to flush it out. However, if it does not clear up after 3 weeks or more, I would contact a GP or ENT perhaps.
