No Hashi’s antibodies but worth getting an ultrasound?

Hello, would appreciate any advice about checking for Hashis. I’ve just started getting proper treatment for my thyroid (started NDT two weeks ago) and for completeness wanted to check for Hashis. So far my blood tests haven’t indicated I have it (see photo below from March 8). I’ve read on other blogs on here that not everyone shows antibodies but still have Hashis. Is an ultrasound the best way to check for this? I can’t feel any irregularities.

Thanks in advance for the help xx

To be honest Ultrasound investigation is only done if the GP can feel nodules or a goiter which they want to check. If your thyroid feels normal I'm not sure they would ultrasound it as there is no indication it is needed. Usually you need a GP refferral letter for those types of investigations. Antibodies are the main indicators of Hashi's as it is an autoimmune response your body has to your thyroid.

I also do not have antibodies so am unsure whether I have Hashimotos or not. I have also read that some people do not have antibodies but do have Hashimotos. I am not sure how one finds out definitively!
