Buying T3 medication outside the UK

Hello. I have found few practitioners that can prescribe me with T3 medication but i remembered in the past people advice me to buy it from outside the UK because it was much cheaper. I have to send my prescription to a pharmacy in Germany and they can send me the medication. Unfortunately i can't find the link with this information anymore. Can anyone send me the name of the pharmacy in Germany please?

This is no longer possible due to brexit. Specialist UK pharmacies can now supply T3 at £1 per tablet.

As was pointed out in your previous post, you were undermedicated. It is important to be on the coreect level of levothyroxine before adding T3.

Adding T3 is not a magic wand. It takes a long time to adjust doses to find the correct balance. And you are working with altering 2 hormone levels not just the one.

Hello. Thank you for your reply. 1£ per tablet it's not too bad if i will get back to normal.

My TSH it's now 3. Not great. But better than before. Is this price for the T3 hormone fixed ? Do doctors prescribed one brand of T3 medication in UK or there are more to choose?

I found the list of the pharmacies that they sell it. But when i went to their website the medication wasn't coming up.

I wanted to check the prices. What is the brand name of T3 tablets in Uk?

There are many different brands. I get my liothyronine on the NHS so I don't know what brands are on offer privately.

If your TSH is 3 surely you need an increase in Levothyroxine. What dose are you on now? Has it been increased so that your FT4 was quite high and TSH much lower? Or have you struggled to get your GP to increase your levo?

I increased it in the past 6 months. I was on 50 now at 75. I don't feel any better and i have palpitations . It doesn't work for me i think.
