Can someone explain to me

what PTH = <0.4 means please!

PTH = parathyroid hormone

= < 0.4

Not certain - but that would often mean that it was lower than 0.4 - and their analyser cannot produce accurate results that low.

Do you have the reference range that goes with this test result?

If your result is below range then you might have hypoparathyroidism, but there is more to the diagnosis than just a low level of PTH.

I see that on my discharge summary from the hospital, total thyroid cancer removal
